What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. If a delivery is delayed, we'll try to notify you as soon as possible. As soon as we've handed your order over to our carrier, you'll receive a track & trace message to monitor its progress.
Is your product damaged or do you have a complaint?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or if it's damaged, please report this as soon as possible via info@banditsforbreakfast.com. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
How do I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
Want to exchange an item?
Return the item you want to exchange to our address and reorder the correct size as a new order. Email info@banditsforbreakfast.com with your new order number so we can reimburse the shipping costs (if applicable).
